You have 30 days to return an item from the day you receive it. After 30 days, the sale is final. As part of our due diligence, we take photographs of each product leaving the warehouse before shipping. To be eligible for a return, your product must be inspected within 7 days of receipt of order, unused, and in the same condition that you received it in. Your return will require a brief description of why the product is being returned, a copy of the front and back of the packing slip, and photos (if return is due to flaw in product) of damage(s) to product to qualify for a return. Fire Brake Solutions will review the return request and if, indeed, the product is flawed, we will grant the return and issue a Return Material Authorization number. This number is required on the packing slip you include when returning the product back to Fire Brake Solutions. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for all freight charges incurred from returning product(s).
Once we have received your item(s), we will perform an inspection and notify you the status of your refund. If your return is accepted, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within the time allotted according to your card issuer’s policies.
If you have received your order, inspected it within 7 days of receipt, and require an exchange due to damage, Fire Brake Solutions will replace it for free. Your exchange will require a brief description of the damage, a copy of the front and back of the packing slip, and photos of the damage(s) to the product to qualify for an exchange. Fire Brake Solutions will review the exchange request and if, indeed, the product is flawed, we will grant the exchange and issue a Return Material Authorization number and a return shipping label. The Return Material Authorization number is required on the packing slip you include when returning the product back to Fire Brake Solutions. Once the product(s) have been received and inspected, FBS will send out the replacement. Please contact us with any questions.
